Bet PK Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the bet pk platform, including the website, mobile browser interface and any related services. Bet PK operates as an online entertainment platform offering sports betting, casino games, slots, live casino, fish shooting games and related products for adult users in Pakistan.

By accessing the bet pk website or creating an account, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply alongside any specific rules posted within individual games, betting markets or promotional offers — in the event of a conflict, the more specific rule applies.

Bet PK reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective as soon as they are posted on this page. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for any changes that may affect you.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register for a bet pk account and access the platform's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Bet PK does not permit access to minors under any circumstances.
• You must be using the platform for personal entertainment purposes only — not on behalf of another person, organisation or business.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration, including your full name, date of birth and contact details.
• You must not already hold another active bet pk account. One account per person is the strict limit — duplicate accounts will be closed and any balance may be forfeited.
• You must not be accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy service or other method intended to misrepresent your location or identity.

Bet PK reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including before processing withdrawals or releasing bonus funds. This may include a copy of a valid national identity document (CNIC), proof of the payment method used and any other documentation deemed necessary. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3 Account Rules

Your bet pk account is personal to you. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication details — secure and confidential. Bet PK will not be liable for any losses that occur as a result of unauthorised access to your account where that access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Key account rules that all players must follow:

• Single account only. Operating more than one account is a violation of these Terms. If multiple accounts are detected belonging to the same person, all associated accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.
• No account sharing. You must not allow another person to use your account or access your balance, place bets or withdraw funds on your behalf.
• Accurate information. All registration details must be truthful. Any account found to contain false information — including a fabricated name or date of birth — may be suspended pending verification.
• Account security. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact bet pk support immediately. Change your password as soon as possible.
• Inactive accounts. Accounts that have not been logged into for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as inactive. Bet PK may apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive accounts after prior notice. Any remaining balance will still be accessible once you log back in.

Bet PK reserves the right to close or suspend any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, that is suspected of fraudulent activity or that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the bet pk platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion charges when depositing or withdrawing. Bet PK supports the following payment methods:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Raast — instant bank-linked transfers
• Bank Transfer — direct bank-to-bank transactions
• Cards — debit and credit card payments where supported
• Mobile Wallets — other supported digital wallet services

Deposit conditions: Funds deposited into your bet pk account must be your own money. You must not deposit funds using a payment method registered to another person. Bet PK reserves the right to request proof that the payment method belongs to you before processing withdrawals linked to that deposit method.

Withdrawal conditions: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account at the time of request. Bet PK aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the FAQ, though processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Bet PK does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transfer charges. These are outside bet pk's control and are the responsibility of the account holder.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Bet PK offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback on losses, VIP rewards and seasonal promotions tied to events such as PSL, T20 tournaments and Eid. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, in addition to the general bonus rules set out here.

General bonus rules:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered accounts only. One bonus per player, per promotion, unless the promotion terms state otherwise.
• Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiple of the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) that must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made from the bonus-derived balance. The specific wagering requirement is stated on each promotion page.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe stated in the bonus terms. Bonus funds that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be removed from your account.
• Bet PK reserves the right to exclude certain games from wagering contribution. Slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements; live casino, table games and sports bets may contribute at a different rate as specified per promotion.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or applied to another account.
• If there is evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or coordinated bet patterns designed to complete wagering requirements at minimal risk — bet pk reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

By participating in any betting market or casino game on the bet pk platform, you agree to the following rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed. Once a bet has been placed and confirmed by the platform, it cannot be cancelled, reversed or amended unless the market is subsequently voided by bet pk for legitimate reasons (such as match abandonment or data feed errors).
• Maximum bet limits apply to individual markets and are displayed at the time of placing a bet. Bets placed above the displayed limit may be reduced to the maximum or voided at bet pk's discretion.
• Void markets. If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed or otherwise fails to produce a valid result within the conditions defined for that market, bets may be voided and stakes returned. The specific void rules for each sport are available in the FAQ.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live casino, by the outcome of real physical play. Bet PK does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
• Minimum bet amounts vary by game and market. These are shown within the game or betting interface before you commit funds.
• Connection issues. If your internet connection drops during a live casino game or in-play bet, bet pk is not responsible for bets that were already committed to the system at the time of disconnection. Such bets will be settled normally.

Bet PK reserves the right to suspend or restrict betting on any market at any time, without prior notice, if there are concerns about market integrity, unusual betting patterns or technical issues.

7 Responsible Gaming

Bet PK is an entertainment platform for adults. Gaming should be an enjoyable activity, not a source of financial stress. We are committed to providing tools that help you manage your play responsibly.

8 Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches or errors in games or betting markets for financial gain
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets
• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's identity to register
• Depositing funds obtained through unlawful means or using the platform for money laundering
• Abusing the bonus system — including structuring bets to circumvent wagering requirements or coordinating bonus claims across multiple accounts
• Harassing, threatening or engaging in abusive communication with support staff or other users
• Attempting to access areas of the platform not intended for public use, or interfering with the platform's technical infrastructure

Bet PK cooperates fully with any investigation related to suspected fraudulent activity. Accounts under investigation may have their withdrawal access temporarily suspended while the review is in progress.

9 Privacy & Data

By registering a bet pk account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

10 Changes to Terms

Bet PK reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, we may also notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.
